2) User Responsibilities

4) Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any orders resulting from genuine pricing errors or system glitches on our website.

5) Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Orders may be verified via phone call, WhatsApp, or email before dispatch.
  • If a customer is completely unreachable or fails to verify their order, it may be cancelled.
  • Orders placed with visibly incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses will be cancelled.

6) Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for the majority of locations across Pakistan.
  • Customers must pay the exact, full order amount in cash to the rider upon delivery.
  • Repeated refusal to accept COD orders at the doorstep will result in account restrictions.

7) Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are delivered nationwide through our trusted third-party courier, M&P Courier. Delivery timelines (2–5 working days) are estimates.
  • Once an order is handed over to the courier, FlexyBay is not legally responsible for delivery delays caused by severe weather, strikes, or circumstances beyond our direct control.

8) Returns & Exchanges (7 Days)

Returns or exchanges for defective items are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is completely unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is provided.
Note: All returns require prior approval from our support team via WhatsApp.

9) Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds are processed securely via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
  • Refunds are only issued after the returned item passes our physical quality inspection.
  • Processing times may vary slightly depending on standard bank clearing procedures.

10) Non-Returnable Items

For strict hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Used or opened earphones, earbuds, and in-ear accessories.
  • Items with broken factory seals or missing original retail packaging.
  • Clearance items or products clearly marked as non-returnable.

11) Warranty Disclaimer

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page, items sold on FlexyBay do not carry official long-term manufacturer warranties. Any provided support is subject to our standard 7-day return terms or specific supplier warranties.

12) Limitation of Liability
