How do I place an order on FlexyBay?

Simply browse our gadgets, click "Add to Cart", and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery details and choose your preferred payment method to confirm your order.

What payment methods are available?

We accept secure direct Bank Transfers to our Meezan Bank account (just WhatsApp us the receipt!) and we also have COD available Pakistan wide.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once your package is handed over to M&P Courier, cancellation is no longer possible.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

We aim for the fastest online shopping Pakistan delivery experience. Expect your fully quality-checked gadgets to arrive at your door within 2 to 5 working days.

Which courier company do you use?

We partner exclusively with M&P Courier to ensure safe, traceable, and reliable nationwide delivery.

What if my order is delayed?

While rare, public holidays or extreme weather can cause slight delays. Just drop us a message on WhatsApp with your Order ID, and we will track your M&P parcel instantly.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return window for defective items, ensuring a fair return policy Pakistan standards. Please note that we do not offer returns for "change of mind."

How will I receive my refund?

Once your eligible returned item is inspected by our quality team, your refund will be swiftly and securely transferred directly to your Bank Account, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

Are there any non-returnable items?

Yes. Items where the factory seal is broken or items damaged by customer misuse cannot be returned. However, if any item arrives damaged or "dead on arrival," send us a photo on WhatsApp within 24 hours for a swift replacement!

Are the products original?

Absolutely. Every single earbud, smartwatch, charger, and accessory we sell is 100% genuine and strictly quality-checked by our team before dispatch.

Do products come with a warranty?
