1) Return Window (7 Days)
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The product is completely unused and in its original condition.
- All original retail packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags are intact.
- Proof of purchase (your FlexyBay order number or invoice) is available.
Note: Requests made after the 7-day window will not be accepted.
2) Valid Reasons for Return
We want you to love your tech. We proudly offer easy returns Pakistan wide in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item.
- The product arrived damaged or defective ("Dead on Arrival" issues must be reported within 24 hours).
- A confirmed manufacturing defect (where applicable under warranty).
Note: We do not accept returns simply for a "change of mind."
3) Non-Returnable Items
For strict hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are absolutely not eligible for return or exchange:
- Used or opened earphones, earbuds, or in-ear audio accessories.
- Items with broken factory seals or missing their original packaging.
- Clearance items or specific gadgets clearly marked as "non-returnable" on their product page.
4) How to Request a Return
To initiate a swift return or exchange, just follow these simple steps:

- Provide your Order Number and clearly state the reason for the return (please attach clear photos or a video of the issue).
- Wait for approval from our team along with easy return shipping instructions.
Note: Returns sent back to us without prior WhatsApp/Email approval will be refused.
5) Return Shipping
- Approved returns may be collected via courier or returned using a method advised by Flexy Bay
- Return shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for return
- Items returned due to customer preference may incur shipping costs
6) Refund Method
Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds are issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash (as agreed with the customer).
- Refund processing time is typically 3–5 working days after approval.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
7) Refund Processing Time
- Refund processing officially begins right after the return inspection is approved.
- Please allow up to 3–5 working days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on bank transfer procedures.
8) Exchanges
- Exchanges (e.g., swapping a defective item for a working one) are subject to product availability in our warehouse.
- If the exact replacement item is out of stock, a full refund will be offered immediately.
9) Order Refusal & Failed Deliveries
- Repeated refusal to accept a COD delivery without a valid reason will result in restrictions on your account for future orders.
- Orders returned to us due to customer unavailability or providing incorrect delivery details may not qualify for free reshipping.
10) Final Decision
FlexyBay reserves the right to fairly approve or reject any return, exchange, or refund request after physically inspecting the item, in strict accordance with this transparent return policy Pakistan.
