At FlexyBay, we aim to deliver your tech gadgets quickly and securely. This Shipping Policy explains our coverage, estimated times, charges, and how we handle your online order delivery Pakistan wide.

1) Shipping Coverage

FlexyBay proudly delivers everywhere within Pakistan.

  • Reliable nationwide shipping Pakistan wide through our trusted courier network.
  • Delivery is available to all major cities as well as most remote areas.

2) Courier Partners

We work exclusively with reliable third-party courier services to ensure your gadgets reach you safely.

  • Primary courier partner: M&P Courier.
  • Once your order is dispatched, tracking and status updates are handled seamlessly by the M&P network.

3) Order Processing

  • Orders are processed immediately after confirmation.
  • We may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to quickly verify your delivery details.
  • Orders are dispatched on working days only (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

4) Estimated Delivery Time

We are committed to providing fast delivery Pakistan standards. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Major cities: 2–5 working days.
  • Other cities / remote areas: 3–5 working days.

Delivery times are estimates. Slight variations may occur due to weather, public holidays, or unexpected courier operations.

5) Shipping Charges

To provide you with the fairest delivery costs, our shipping charges are tiered based on your location.

  • Karachi: Rs 300
  • Sindh (Outside Karachi): Rs 400
  • Rest of Pakistan (Out of Sindh): Rs 450

Note: Your final shipping fee will be automatically calculated and clearly displayed at checkout once you enter your delivery address.

6) Cash on Delivery (COD)

For your peace of mind, we offer safe COD delivery Pakistan wide.

  • Cash on Delivery is available for almost all locations.
  • Customers must pay the exact order amount in cash to the rider at the time of delivery.
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders at the doorstep may result in restrictions on future orders.

7) Failed Deliveries & Reattempts

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or an unreachable phone number, the order may be:

  • Reattempted the following day (where possible), or
  • Cancelled and returned to our warehouse.

8) Courier Delay Disclaimer

Once an order has been handed over to M&P Courier, FlexyBay is not responsible for unavoidable delays caused by severe weather conditions, strikes, route disruptions, or circumstances beyond our direct control. We will, however, always help you track it!

9) Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is incomplete:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
  • Share clear photos or a video of the damaged item and the M&P packaging.

Note: Claims reported after this 24-hour window cannot be accepted.
